स्टडी सेंटर लेने की प्रक्रिया :-
-> स्टडी सेंटर की Affiliation लेने के लिए नीचे दिए गए फॉर्म को भरकर Accreditation Fees जमा करवा कर फॉर्म को Submit करें।
-> यदि आप स्टडी सेंटर के लिए ऑफलाइन आवेदन करना चाहते हैं तो Affiliation Form को डाउनलोड करें व् फॉर्म के साथ जरूरी दस्तावेज व Accreditation Fees का चेक लगा कर हमारे पते पर भेज दे।
-> Accreditation Fees Check Secretary Peer Baba Lakh Data International Education and Research Society, Ratia (Haryana) के नाम से बनवाएं |
-> इस प्रक्रिया के पश्चात हमारी Inspection टीम Accreditation Branch की और से आपको एक कॉल आएगी और उनकी Satisfaction के बाद आपको Affiliation Letter जारी कर दिया जायेगा।
-> Affiliation लेने के लिए जरूर दस्तावेज जो आपने Affiliation Form के साथ Attach करने हैं, जो कि निम्नलिखित है:-
--स्टडी सेंटर या ऑफिस के दो फोटोग्राफ और पूरा पता(Full Address).
--स्टडी सेंटर Director / Head का फोटो(Owner/MD/Head Photo).
--Director / Head का मोबाइल नंबर (Whatsapp Number)
--Director / Head का आधार कार्ड(Both Side)
--Affiliantion Fees 50000 (Non Refanable)
